This software program is a great choice if you are just beginning to create your own digital stories. Photo Story 3 may be downloaded for free from Microsoft, however, please note that the program is only available for PCs running the Windows XP or Windows Vista operating systems. Also, Photo Story 3 only supports the use of still images, so you will need to use a different application if you want to include video clips in your digital stories.
